About Our Pet Screening Process

At N3ST Property Management, we are committed to creating a pet-friendly yet responsible community that ensures the safety and well-being of all residents. We use a third-party pet application service that securely stores pet information in one place. This makes it easy for pet owners to share their pet records not only with us but also with vets, pet sitters, groomers, doggy daycares, and other pet-friendly services.

Even if you do not have a pet, all applicants must complete a profile to confirm whether they have a pet, an assistance animal, or no pets at all. This transparent and organized system allows us to track pet ownership while ensuring compliance with community rules.

How to Register & Pricing

To register, visit www.n3stpm.petscreening.com and follow these steps:

  1. Review pet policies and select the appropriate category (No Pets, Household Pets, or Assistance Animals).
  2. Enter your contact information and accept the terms of service.
  3. Complete the affidavit if you do not have a pet, or create a Pet Profile if you own one.
  4. Pet Owners: Upload vaccination records, microchip details, and pet photos.
  5. Proceed to payment, if applicable, and submit your profile.

Once submitted, your Pet Profile is automatically shared with N3ST Property Management for approval.
