Final Walk-Through: Your Last Look Before It’s Yours

Before you officially close on the home, you'll complete a final walk-through—usually the day before or morning of closing. This is your chance to:

• Confirm that all agreed-upon repairs are completed
  
  
• Ensure the seller has removed all personal belongings
  
  
• Verify the property is in the condition outlined in your Purchase Agreement
  
  

N3ST Tip: We'll guide you through this step and answer any last-minute questions so there are no surprises on closing day.

Closing Day: Signing, Transferring, and Celebrating

Once you’re satisfied with the walk-through, it's time to finalize the sale. During your closing appointment:

• You’ll review and sign the settlement statement, which details all financial aspects of the transaction
  
  
• You’ll sign your loan documents, if financing, and confirm all funding
  
  
• Your down payment and closing costs will be paid—either by wire transfer or certified check (we’ll make sure you know which is best)
  
  
• The deed will be recorded with the County Recorder, officially transferring ownership to you
